The claim Process

First, contact your insurance company

Make sure that your hail damage is covered under your policy. The claims department from your insurance company will arrange a time to look at your vehicle. Note: it is better to look at the vehicle inside to better see all damage without being hindered by weather or sunlight. Cleaning the exterior of your vehicle will help in this process also.

Time allowance for repairs

After speaking with your adjuster to ensure all damage is accounted for in his/her estimate, light to moderate damage should take 1-3 days. IF severe damage is present that requires body shop repairs, paint work, or panel replacement, repairs could take up to 2-3 weeks.
